  • Just Add Thai Fusion Air Fryer Coat’N’Cook
  • 4 large potatoes

TO SERVE

  • Bowl of salad.

METHOD

    Wash your potatoes, leave the skin on. Remove any damaged bits.

    Slice into large sized wedges, add to your Air Fryer draw, spray with Air Fryer oil, cook on 190 for 25 mins.

    Cost your salmon fillets the your Thai fusion Coat’N’Cook paste. Add to your Air Fryer draw and cook for 12 mins at 170.

    Serve with a fresh, green salad
