Toss the cauliflower through the cheese sauce and fold in half the spring onions. Spoon into an ovenproof dish that fits in the air-fryer, or alternatively, spoon it directly into the base of the air-fryer. Sprinkle over the remaining spring onions, red chilli and the sesame seeds. Cook in the air-fryer at 180°C for 8-10 mins until lightly golden and bubbling hot. Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.
