Memphis BBQ Cauliflower Cheese

SERVES 4

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Just Add Memphis BBQ Air Fryer Coat’N’Cook
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 500ml milk
  • 110g mature cheese
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp cornflour.

TO SERVE

  • Spring onion
  • Crispy onions

METHOD

    Start by tossing your cauliflower florets in Just Add Menphis BBQ Air Fryer Coat’N’Cook. Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 mins @ 170, tossing halfway through.

    Meanwhile, whisk the cornflour with 4 tbsp milk until you have a smooth paste. Warm the rest of the milk in a saucepan on medium heat along with your smoked paprika until it starts to steam.

    Drizzle in the cornflour mix and whisk until you have a smooth, glossy sauce. Remove from the heat and stir through the cheese until fully melted.

    Toss the cauliflower through the cheese sauce and fold in half the spring onions. Spoon into an ovenproof dish that fits in the air-fryer, or alternatively, spoon it directly into the base of the air-fryer. Sprinkle over the remaining spring onions, red chilli and the sesame seeds. Cook in the air-fryer at 180°C for 8-10 mins until lightly golden and bubbling hot. Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.
